CTHINGS.CO is hiring a Business Development Manager (Iberia)

We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to lead enterprise growth in Iberia, building partnerships and driving opportunities across Spain and Portugal.

CTHINGS.CO is expanding in Iberia, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead on enterprise growth in Spain and Portugal. This role is all about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping customers move forward with real-world digitalization projects. You’ll be our local face in the region, working closely with decision-makers and partners and connecting what we do to the challenges enterprises are solving today.

You’ll be working across areas like smart cities, logistics, utilities, and industrial digitalization. That means you’ll spend time understanding customer needs, shaping commercial conversations, and translating complex tech into clear business value.

You’ll feel comfortable in this role if you:

• Know how enterprise business works in Spain and/or Portugal and how decisions get made
• Enjoy working with advanced tech solutions and making them easy to understand
• Build trust quickly and like working with different stakeholders
• Communicate confidently in Spanish or Portuguese, and in English
• Prefer autonomy, ownership, and a results-driven way of working
