CTHINGS.CO brings standalone 5G bubble to Warsaw Industry Week
For the first time, visitors had the chance to experience the new standard in mobile connectivity during the event in the Polish capital.
Together with our partners Athonet, ReliaSol, and Spin Robotics, we demonstrated the cost-effective and energy-reducing capabilities of 5G IoT.
With the special permission from the Office of Electronic Communications (Urząd Komunikacji Elektronicznej), we set up our first private 5G bubble, operating live at Ptak Warsaw Expo during the 6th edition of Warsaw Industry Week. That’s a perfect way to showcase the potential of the new connectivity standard for industrial applications.
The special permission gives us access to the radio spectrum in the 3400-3480 and 3850-3870 MHz bands for the duration of the event. In partnership with Athonet, we are bringing a 5G network to the venue that works independently from any telco operator.
For asset-intense industries, such an infrastructure brings connectivity to remotely monitor and control virtually any asset of an enterprise. That's the foundation for fully autonomous operations based on total network control and management through different IoT use cases.
Everyone at Ptak Warsaw Expo could experience the 5G bubble, and see its benefits when paired with our certified and market-proven IoT solutions for optimizing manufacturing processes while reducing energy consumption.
